HOW TO ORDER

• BEFORE CONTACTING ME THERE'S A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW, SO PLEASE, TAKE A LOOK AT MY TERMS OF SERVICE TO GET ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND READ THEM CAREFULLY.• IT'S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THEM AS YOU'LL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING MY TERMS ONCE YOU AGREE TO PURCHASE A COMMISSION FROM ME.

General Info

- The art you'll receive is only for personal purposes.- You will receive a digital file of the art you commissioned/requested/etc. I won't send you a printed version!- The sketch will be sent after the payment. Commissioner can request WIP at any part of the process- When I have finished the sketch I will send it to you! There is the only time you can ask me for change anything you don't like. Once you approve it you can't ask for modifications. If you want to modify something after you approve, you will have to pay an extra- If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, prices will probably double up or more [See at the tab of ‘’Commercial use’’. The following cases are considered commercial use:
· Reproducing and selling the artwork
· When you receive profit in the medium where you’re using it and/or as a way to get attention (like Patreon, YT videos, banner for personal site, bussiness cards…)- I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing- I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don’t think I can be able to draw your request or you have been proved troublesome in any way- Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it’s because you like my work.- If you want to use different colours and not the main colours if the character, you have to specify it on the form. The ‘’Other’’ section is a good place for these matters.- Any large changes (e.g clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.- The art will have my signature and you can’t change it for anything- If the picture is too difficult I may ask for a little extra (max 5€)
- By purchasing any of my services you’re automatically accepting my Terms Of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won’t request any Paypal chargeback

- You have 48H to send the payment. If no info/payment is received I will give the slot to the next commissioner.
- I won’t give you the rights of the picture itself.
- Do not send payment until I confirm your order, please!
- I have the right to decline your commission if I feel I can't do it

• Original Characters: Boys and girls (Please, check out my portfolio for examples. The males I draw usually look a bit girlish, so request them at your own risk)
• Fanart (Ask First)

• Realistic animals and/or furry characters
• Realistic Portraits or Illustrations
• Explicit Pornography
• Gore or Violence
• Religious ThemesThis does not mean I won't draw your character if they don't meet these parameters, but if they do chances are higher that I will draw them and will create a quality piece with them

• As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
♦ Promote myself with it in any place.
♦ Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad and similar sites.
♦ Publish books with it.As a commissioner you may:
♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes).
♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
♦ Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.You are NOT ALLOWED to:
♦ Change, modify or use my works without my permission.
♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
♦ Take credit for the art.
♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.

Backgrounds

• Simple background is included in the price of every picture. But it's totally up to you if you want it or not.• Simple backgrounds means they are plain color, gradient backgrounds with some textures and/or tiny ornamentations. Most of them are free backgrounds you can find searching on dA or Google.
• Complex backgrounds, such as detailed cities, forest, landscapes, etc... are not included in the price.

Payment Process

• I will only accept Paypal.• I require full payment before I start the artwork.• Paypal payments will only be accepted in EUROS, unless I give you other instructions (If you don't know how much prices are in your currency use this conversor: www.xe.com/currencyconverter/)• I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions• Paypal fees are included. What you see is what you will have to pay.• If payment is not received in 48 hours after I've placed the invoice, you will loose your slot (unless stated otherwise previously).• I will add you to my to-do list once payment is cleared and details are given.• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.• For comissions: DO NOT retract yourself or you may be blocked.
♦ On your first problematic transaction you'll receive a simple verbal warning.
♦ The next time you back down from the comission you'll be blocked and loose any future opportunities to buy art from me.

Work Speed

• I will try to finish your pic ASAP, however please be patient with me.• Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.• The most you'll have to wait for your commission is 2 weeks (in the worst case, which is not the usual, but it may happen).• I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with best effort!• I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

Changes

• Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.• If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Refunds

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 30% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
• If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.

COMMERCIAL USE

There are THREE price tiers:
• 1.5x price, same as below but with visible credits (e.g., a small "art by Catdoesdraws" in the corner of an image)
• 2x price, commercial use when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, CD cover, game assets, social media artwork, etc.)
• 3x price, commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product (body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc.)What is not commercial?
Using it as icon/avatar in non-profit sites (such as DA and twitter), wallpaper, printing to yourself (do not selling prints) and decorating your DA profile.
